Open Archive is a temporary art space and curatorial project for the facilitation of ephemeral and performative arts projects. Evolving through a program of events, performances and exhibitions, Open Archive will be a site for free experimentation running from September 2011 through February 2012.
Open Archive attempts diverse methods of art documentation, continually reassessing the potentials and inevitable failures of this documentative process.

The Sunday Barber

Tom Farmer started Sunday barber shop sessions in the orchard today. Lauren was the first customer. Tom does cuts for trade. He'll be back in a fortnight to do some grooming if anyone is interested.
We enjoyed the sunshine today and admired the vegies going nuts in the garden. Plans for a Spring Equinox party are underway.

CHRISTMAS IN JULY

Schoolhouse Studios' newest residents Helen Grogan and Jarred Davids in their new project space. Opening in September!!!!

 We had a lovely Christmas in July at the Schoolhouse Studios on Sunday night. It was a great opportunity for everyone to meet the new residents of the Classrooms.

 Baby Jesus wasn't particularly happy with his role for the evening.
